The field alongside Pescadero Creek Road (west of town) flooded frequently before the project.
Pescadero Creek Road flooded often before the project, making the route into town dangerous or impassable.
Another view of Butano Creek waters flooding over Pescadero Creek road because the creek channel under the bridge was so plugged with sediment.
Post Project: After one good rainstorm, the sour from the creek revealed beautiful gravels that fish will love to spawn in.
